This is the sample pack from the video, built to be messy: two of the twelve bills hide a trap.

  1. Drop. Photos, PDFs, screenshots, all at once. No forms.
  2. The AI reads. Every field, with a confidence score, plus any sign of tampering. About ten seconds for all twelve.
  3. Rules decide. Plain, tested code checks every bill against policy and cites the clause.

What the AI does

Reads each bill into strict, structured fields: vendor, date, amounts, tax numbers, line items. Every field gets a confidence score, and the AI reports any sign of editing or fabrication. Nothing else.

What the rules do

Duplicates, policy caps, alcohol, GST credit, date windows, arithmetic checks, trip grouping and the questions to ask. All of it is plain code that cites its policy clause.
